Your health, read against the evidence.
Verve reads your fitness, movement, sleep, heart and blood against the thresholds clinicians use, shows how each moves over months, and names the study behind every line.
Every line names its study.
The threshold, the journal, the year. Nothing you cannot check.
Your labs and your training in one place.
A watch cannot read a blood report. Verve reads both.
Built by a doctor, for the person the doctor sends home.
No ads, no data sold, no score nobody can explain.
Who it is for
Starting again
After surgery, a diagnosis, or years away. Told to get fitter and given nothing to see it with.
Verve shows the category climbing and the markers moving toward range, in plain words. Your family can watch too.
Already tracking
A watch or a ring, workouts logged, and a number on the maker's own scale.
The same number against the published threshold, with the study named, beside the blood markers the watch cannot see.
Coaches and clinicians
People who share their pages with you, and you with your own sign-in.
Their numbers in one place, only what each chose to share, and your note kept as a copy. Reading is free.
What you get
Science
Every threshold Verve uses, traced to its source. One search box. No account.
My health
Drop a lab report as a PDF or a photo. The values file themselves, and go to the app. Share a page with a coach, a clinician, or family. Needs the same account as the app.
Your numbers, against their thresholds
Fitness in METs and your tier by age, movement, sleep, heart and body, each read against the line the studies draw, each over months.
Free, and then Pro
The app is free. Pro adds The Guide and In depth: $3.99 a month or $29.99 a year, after a 14-day trial. Nothing free is taken away.
What you come back for
- DAILY
The dose this week
One bar that fills by Sunday, in MET-minutes, from any wearable, each reading named by the device that wrote it.
Why MET-minutes → - WEEKLY
The Monday read
What changed last week and what to do about it, in words, grounded in your own numbers. One a week free; more with Pro.
The Guide → - QUARTERLY
The calendar of measurements
A fitness test every eight weeks, the body check-in, the labs on the interval their guideline names. Verve keeps the dates and nudges once.
How fitness is graded → - YEARLY
The report for your doctor
Drop a lab report here and the values file themselves. The page you take to the doctor is built from everything the app and the site hold.
My health →
What the website does
The app reads your phone. The website reads what your phone cannot: the paper in the drawer, the people around you, and the working behind every number.
Drop a lab report, done
A PDF or a photo of any lab's report. The values are read, filed under the right person, dated, and sent to the app marked unchecked until you look. The file stays in a folder only you can open.
Add your family
A parent's reports live in a WhatsApp chat. Give them a page of their own, file their results under it, and give a doctor access to that page and nothing else. They can stop it any time.
The working, in five chapters
Rhythm, load and intensity, sessions, fitness and recovery, labs and body. The page a coach reads, and the page you read when you want to know why a number moved.
A summary, written from your numbers
A few paragraphs on In depth that say what this month's numbers mean against the thresholds, every figure traceable to a card above it. Opt in, never on by default, your name never sent.
Share a page, not an account
Tick what a coach or a doctor may see: labs, imaging, activity, body, heart. They sign in with their own account and land on everyone who shares with them. Verified ones carry a badge.
The app and the website share it
Sign in once, with Apple, Google or an emailed link. What you file here appears in the app; what the app records appears here. Delete the account and everything goes with it.

Your first fitness number
Walk six minutes or run twelve, one line of arithmetic, and the tier tables by age. One A4 page, and the same on the sheet's page.
Here is your sheet.

One number a week
The threshold it is measured against, the study behind it, and what you can check today. Written by a radiologist, read in five minutes.

Fifteen minutes with Dr Sudeep Roplekar. Free.
I am a radiologist. I read scans all day, and most of what I see on them was years in the making. Around that job I built Verve on my own: an app that reads your fitness, movement, sleep, heart and blood against the thresholds the studies use, and a website that reads the lab reports a phone cannot. I tested it on myself first; my watch gave one fitness number and a twelve-minute run gave another, and the weekly letters began there.
On a call I can tell you what your number means, where the next row up is, and what a week that gets you there looks like. What I cannot do is treat you; that stays with your doctor.
Bring your number from the sheet. We talk through three things.
Who you are
Your week, your health, what you want from the next few months.
What your sheet says
The row you landed in, what it means, and what the next row up would take.
A training week you can keep
Two or three things to build it around, and the first one to do this week.
Wellness, not medical advice. Nothing on the call replaces your doctor.
